Refund Policy

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule a booking with at least 24 hours’ notice at no additional cost. Sessions cancelled with fewer than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as early as possible so we can accommodate your request.

Refunds for Prepaid Consultations

Prepaid consultations or sessions cancelled more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future booking. Cancellations made within 24 hours are not eligible for a refund.

Refunds for Completed Services

Because bookkeeping, advisory, and educational services involve time, analysis, and professional judgment, completed services are non‑refundable. However, if you believe there is an error or concern with the work performed, please contact us and we will gladly review and address the issue.

Tax Related Services

Refunds for tax preparation work (performed by a licensed tax professional) follow the refund terms of the preparer. Coordination services or support provided by Katalyst Books are non‑refundable once completed.
